KWFM, £60k in revenue

Gerard from KWFM found us from one of our own meta ads. After an initial conversation over zoom we got the system setup and within 2 weeks they were sitting appointments. First job was a small bathroom renovation job and then they landed a £46k full home renovation job from our campaign. We actually reached out to Rob through a cold whatsapp message as he was one of our first clients we were happy to work on a commission basis. We setup his ads using image ads to start, Isaac was calling his leads and booking his appointments as we didn’t have appointment setters at this point. Because home extensions are a big investment our educational approach worked great and we made sure to qualify people based on planning permission to shorten the sales cycle. With Aurel and his team they offer a range of services from media walls, wardrobes, under-stair storage so we had quite a broad approach to the campaign. They cover the whole of London which has given us a big audience to work with and has meant a low CPL. We’ve gotten Finest Furniture so busy they have now asked us to help with recruiting a sales rep which we are in the process of doing.

Joseph saw one of our ads on Facebook and reached out to get more kitchen renovation jobs. After an initial phone call we met up in person as he is also based in York. For the first campaign Joseph didn’t want to be in the ads so we used one of our actors and the ads performed great. After a few months we now have the data on CPL, Cost per appointment and Cost per sale which gives Silas 7 the insights to scale predictably.

Luxe outdoors, £30k revenue

This was actually a business my friend and I tried to start. We spent our own money on the ad spend promoting pergola services across Yorkshire. We called the leads, qualified them, booked the appointments. We had no branded uniform and arrived to the sales appointments in my friends mini cooper. Somehow out of 10 appointments we sat we managed to close 2 jobs brining in £30k of revenue. We outsourced the projects to local subcontractors. We ended up not pursuing this business long term as both wanted to run online businesses.
